Ambient clinical documentation and prescribing support for doctors in Bangladesh.

The doctor consults in natural Bengali, including the Bengali-English mix physicians actually speak. Carenika turns the conversation into a structured clinical note and a complete prescription: diagnosis with ICD-10 coding, medicines, investigations and advice, with patient instructions written in Bengali. Nothing is typed during the visit.

Before anything is printed, every medicine passes through a separate, versioned rule engine that checks interactions, contraindications, duplicate therapy and dosing limits. The engine is deterministic, not a language model, so every alert traces back to a named rule the physician can read and disagree with. The doctor reviews and approves the final output.

Carenika also keeps each approved consultation as structured, coded data, which lets a doctor or an institution look back at what presented over a year and what was prescribed.

Three books cover international careers, postgraduate study abroad, and practical use of AI in clinical work. The same material runs as paid workshops at private medical colleges, where doctors and students work through the topics in a day-long session.
